I strongly believe in user-centred design and excel at making compelling experiences over multiple devices. My strength lies in creating interactive design solutions with an eye for detail and focus on timely deliveries. I complement my work with an open communication between product owners and technology teams to efficiently implement user experiences that are close-knit, inclusive and well-informed.

With experience in shipping end-to-end products for Travel-Com, Video Conferencing, E-Com and B2B solutions. I have executed projects quickly and effectively that has resulted in an increase in conversion, page retention time and overall attach rates, all the while reducing customer complaints and increasing NPS ratings.

As a UX Designer, I've been often asked to explain my line of work. Through this 2-hour workshop, I intended to give every attendee a peek into what goes into thinking like a designer.

Exercises included deconstructing a brief and fleshing out a persona to building a life-size paper prototype and selling it on the floor.

I suggest watching the small video, where you can see how everyone's perspective towards what they assume design changes over the course.

CRUX IT - UX Tips that matter

A workshop put together by the design team of Bluejeans Networks in Bengaluru, where the focus was entirely on best industry practices associated with design. Our audience included lot of designers in their initial stages of their career and some product managers too.

For the workshop I had an opportunity to moderate a panel discussion on UX-PM-DEV Collaboration - where we answered questions like:

How important it is to have all three stake holders sit through the interview process while hiring a Designer?
